W-SAJE : Women’s Seminary of Atlanta for Jewish Education

At W-SAJE we are dedicated to impart Jewish wisdom in a broad and deep way. Our program is divided into 3 components with numerous modules to each component. The three components consist of; Jewish Knowledge, Jewish Thought and Jewish Action. In these components we cover a tremendous breadth of Jewish wisdom for both the novice and experienced learner alike.

Class material is presented in a manner that encourages the dedicated student to further her knowledge and fosters a proactive learning environment through different styles of teaching, including Chavruta learning (learning with a partner).

Each module meets once a week for two hours. With two modules running every trimester the student will have the option to chose the module, or modules, that interest them most. The student also has access to class content that they missed, or need a recap on, via recordings made available online. Each module runs for 12 classes, once a week, over approximately 3 months. However, we will run only one module for the first trimester while we get a better understanding of what the students are looking for. A second module may start up a few weeks into the trimester. The cost for each module is $60 and the first one will be taught at the Kehilla Sunday mornings from 10AM til 12. If the cost is prohibitive please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will work something out.
